Central Tasks of the Collaborative Research Center

Project Summary

Florian Bassermann, designated speaker of the CRC/TRR, will direct the administrative office, represent the CRC/TRR in external affairs and will coordinate all matters with the DFG. In collaboration with the CRC/TRR steering committee, he will coordinate all scientific activities as well as the budgetary planning of the CRC/TRR and supervise the administrative office. He will be involved in all decisions of the CRC/TRR board, the allocation of CRC/TRR lump sums as well as the strategic development of collaborative research and funding initiatives of the CRC/TRR. He will also direct press releases and interaction with relevant stake-holders (patient advocates, industry, politics).
