Functional Human and Mouse Pathology

Project Summary

Functional Pathology will provide immunohistopathology for all entities of this consortium by building on large and well-annotated tumor collections within the biobanks of each partner site. One important aim of the project is to provide spatial resolution technologies such as CODEX and Xenium in situ sequencing that can be used in patient samples. Moreover, this structure also provides the full spectrum of analytical tools for animal model derived samples generated within this consortium.
